When I talk to people I get predictable and sometimes "humorous" responses. Most common are "I can't believe it is better" "Your price is so low, what is the catch" and, MY ALL TIME FAVORITE: "I'm too old to make a change like that." Every time I sign up someone with one of our several partners for Fiber Optic Internet, I ask them to email me or text me their honest review. Sometimes it is just a quick email of thanks from a customer. I not only help my customers get their internet switched, but I'm happy to help with their phone and tv subscriptions.
